Yesterday my auto-update came up with a new nVidia
Display update for my computer that I didn't have.
(running on a Geforce4 MX440) I let it download and
install it, figuring it would correct some of the
graphical errors ive been getting while running a few
games. I let the computer ReBoot to avoid any registry
issues, and when it was completed loading XP Pro my
monitor went black and a little box began bouncing around
the black screen reading "Sync Out of Range". (Using a
Samsung Syncmaster 955DF monitor) I rebooted multiple
times, made sure my monitor was connected properly, and
still nothing... Right now I'm thinking of just
reinstalling Windows, but if there is anything else I can
do PLEASE someone tell me!
