System freezes, System Idle Process

Ok, my system has started locking up sporadically, but the problem is, task
manager will show CPU usage at 80%+ but the processes tab will not show
which process is doing it, it still reports System Idle for 80%+

I have also tried QSlice, and still, when the system locks up with extreme
CPU Usage, QSlice does not pick up what is doing it.

Any ideas?

(I have disabled most of the services etc that I think I can in MSConfig)
