In Win 98 and the XP upgrade on my old computer, when I
typed information in forms that has been typed before
such as name, address, city, etc., the computer completed
the entry for me. This new computer won't do that.
Also, it won't save passwords for me; some websites ask
for a password and there is a box to check to remember
the password. When I check that, it doesn't work. Any
ideas? Please, please don't tell me to reinstall XP (the
way Gateway tech help always does for every small
problem) as you know that means reinstalling all other
programs. ;-) Thanks in advance for your help.
