msn messenger 6 messed!!

i cant see anyone's photo/display pic anymore!!

the arrow has disappeared!! what shall i do?

Is it possible you might have disabled this feature? If so, click the Tools menu in any
conversation window, choose Options, and make sure the two options under 'My Display Picture'
are checked.
