"Unable To Read" and "Cannot Locate File"

As of two days ago, I'm suddenly unable to open and Word
or Excel Files (one I've opened every day for
months)...In addition, I can't open any
attachments...Every time I try, I get, "Unable To Read
File" or "Cannot Locate File"...HELP!!!
