I am running Windows XP professional on an IBM T30
notebook. Recently the account selection interface has
included, beneath the name of one account, the message "1
unread email." The message is wholly inaccurate. It
appears when there are no unread emails, and where there
is more than one unread email.

Anyone have a suggestion for getting rid of the message.
It is annoying.

Install TweakuiXP as there is an option to repair unread message count.
