annoying install pop-up

While installing an application, my battery died and
couldn't complete the installation. Now, every time I
start my computer, I get an annoying pop-up asking to
install the application even after I've already fully
installed the application.

I've installed and uninstalled the application several
times, but I can't stop getting the stupid pop-up at
every start up. Anyone know how to get it to stop? The
application is using Installshied for the installation.

The installer has probably left something in the startup items. Use
MSCONFIG. Read this: http://kadaitcha.ath.cx/troubleshoot.aspx
