I have a problem with a ISA Card from my EPROM
Programmer. This works in MS-DOS plataform and tehy
settings are set by jumpers at address 2E0. This card
don`t work under WXP. Why????

Your card may no longer be supported under Windows XP.
ISA cards are getting pretty old in many cases.
Contact the card vendor and see if they have a new device driver for Windows
XP for the card.
