There are total 21 "Windows XP Hotfix (SP1)" and "Windows
XP Hotfix (SP2)" in my Add and Remove Programs window,
and each one size is 24.08MB. I feel my PC speed is very
slow now. Can I uninstall all of them?

"Hotfixes" are the updates you installed from the Windows Update
website. Do not be tempted to remove them or you will uninstall
the actual update.

If you wish to safely remove the "uninstall files" for the
Hotfixes (i.e. $NtUninstallQxxxxxx$ files shown in Windows Explorer)=20
and cleanup your Add/Remove Programs list, visit MS-MVP Doug Knox's=20
excellent website for instructions.

Note: Doug's program only removes the uninstall files and Hotfix =
entries
in the Add/Remove Programs listing. It does not remove the=20
actual updates.
