help: wont update web pages using IE 6

Hi please help, i have a web site and when i have edited
and look on IE6 it shows the page as it was before, i
have tried emptying the history, files, cookies, internet
cache with norton but it still shows the old page.
Can anyone help

Are you uploading or publishing the changes to your site after editing? If
the host server "caches" the site, it could take some time for it to update.
