recreate my music folder?

I deleted "my music" folder from "start" menu...

I just wanted to empty it, but the whole folder was deleted... how can I get it back, and how can I just empty it in the future? Thanks for any help!

My Music Folder, start menu.

1. Right-click on the task bar
2. Click Properties
3. Click Start Menu
4.. Click Customize
5. Click Advanced
6. Select My Music from the List and select the type of display.
7. Click OK and OK
