Like most people, I've got a Hotmail, Yahoo and ICQ account.

At the moment, I use Trillian for instant messaging.

However, when I want to voice-chat/video conference, I have to load up MSN
Messenger, Yahoo Messenger etc.

Is there any program which operates like Trillian, but offers integrated
voice/video conferencing?

Greetings,

I know Trillian Pro supports Yahoo's video support, but I know of no multi-client product
which supports the video/audio support of Messenger.
