be carefull...
there is file called sysoc.inf
edit it in the notepad
locate this entry
msmsgs=msgrocm.dll,OcEntry,msmsgs.inf,hide,7
remove the hide word it becomes
msmsgs=msgrocm.dll,OcEntry,msmsgs.inf,,7
save the inf file.
now go to settings>control panel> add remove programs> add
remove windows components> youcan see msn messenger safe
to uninstall
