is there a SP-1 CD?

Hello and How are You to All who read this.....anywho i
was wondering is there a CD available with Service Pack
1...if there is how do i get it please help....because i
had the unfortunate luck of my beloved system crashing
and having to download SP-1 aaagain (im whining cuz im
still on dial up)anyways someone please answer my ? i
apologise if this posting seems informal im new to
posting them....Tah Tah For Now p.s. just got into
computer about a year ago tought myself alot but i want
everyone to know isnt computer DRAMA gr8?!
