pop up problems

My computer has an occaional pop up that my firewall and
internet secruity programs dont stop. The program that
is associated with this pop up is called csrss.exe and it
says it belongs to Microsoft, and that it is a protected
file. would like to stop this from occuring with out
messing up my os. any help would be nice

Install the google tool bar, it has a popup blocker. It can
be set to allow certain popup's and bar the rest.
