If you have any open processes (including those that run
in the background), close them. You can close background
applications by pressing Ctrl-Alt-Delete, then clicking
on the Processes tab. Then close everything that is open
under your user name. DO NOT close SYSTEM, NETWORK
SERVICE, or LOCAL SERVICE programs.
