Download problem with MP! Digital Media Edition

I have downloaded MP! Digital Media Edition and will not
accept the Product Key #, therefore I am unable to operate it!
Please Help somebody! Thanks!

If you ordered this by following the links from the Microsoft site to the
distribution partner that provides downloads for this software package, the
activation key is displayed on the order confirmation page that can be
printed out.

Further down on that same page, is a short FAQ that includes this question:
"What if I lose or need to return my Product Activation Key?"

And this answer:
"For questions about lost product keys, the 30-day key return policy, or
any other questions about your product activation key, please contact LTG,
Microsoft¢s product key distribution partner, at "

If you are installing from an actual CD (or the electronic sales
distribution package mentioned above), it's very easy to mistake an "I' for
a "1" or a "G" for a "6" and so on. Double check your product key and try
some substitutions for any characters that you are not sure about.

I didn't think it was either but went and checked the MS site for this
product anyhow. Sure enough, MS has a "Buy Now" link for an electronic
purchase/download. Checked a few other "Home" software products to see if
they had that option but Plus! Media package was the only one I saw.
