Outlook address book

After installing windows service packs my outlook &
outlook express programs can't find my address book.
Error message says not installed properly, please re-
install???

Could be corrupt files. I had the same problem after a power failure
when OE was doing something. The only way I could fix it was to
restore not only my address book but all the OE mail folders from a
backup disk.
