hi out there well not much of a problem just a question .I
have two computers on a hub then the hub to the internet
with a fix ip address .I know the address of the hub to
the internet and know the address of the two computers on
the ethernet but don't know the address of the two
computers to the internet.(a computer tech told me that
they have the same address can't see that because how will
a web page know which computer to send the information)

You only have one IP address visible to the internet - it's assigned by your
ISP. Your two PCs behind the hub (more likely a router) have IP addresses
that are in a range not useable on the internet (192.168.x.x ??) - the
router keeps track of what internet requests go to which computer.
