If you can use IE in Safe mode.. Its usally a 3rd party
software that has an issues.. When did it all start
happening? HAve you removed software from your start up
option in msconfig..
you may want to try a restore
click start then run and type msconfig
you will see an option to lauch system restore.
just follow the steps and chose a restore point and test.
plus in msconfig on the start up tab you will have many
software listed there with a check beside them.
all these are running in the back round when you boot in
reg mode but dont load in safemode try removing these and
test again..
