I seem to have lost the main tool bar (File, Edit etc...)
I cant move the toolbars or right click on them to change
the displayed toolbars. No Alt commands work either - such
as Alt-F to display the File menu. Please help because
this has crippled my computer.
Thanks.

In what programs have you lost the toolbars? For example, you have to got to
View - Layout in OE to see if the toolbar option is checked. In other
programs it could be View - Toolbars.
