I have reached my wits end with my computer and wish to wipe it clean and re-install my os. please advise how to do so. my computer has so much "stuff" loaded on it, alot of it unasked for, and i can't remove certain programs and cannot remove items from
the toolbar. cleaning the slate, so to speak, is the only thing i can think of to correct all the problems i'm having. if someone can comeup with a better solution, am willing to listen.
