I've been fiddling around with my new computer & somehow I've lost the
ability to drag & drop icons & links BETWEEN other icons & links. I
can still drag but I can't drop in between (no black line) others.
Does anyone know how I can recover this function????

Have you tried running System Restore?
Help and Support->Pick a task->click on System Restore

Have you tried running System Restore?
Help and Support->Pick a task->click on System Restore

Right click the Start button, select Properties, Customize, Enable dragging
and dropping.
