I have a new machine that works fine except that Help and Support was
loading intermittently. I suspect a corrupt file. The disk is active for
a few seconds and then nothing happens.

I would like to know if there is a way to load the Help and Support file(s)
without having to do a re-install, or if this problem is perhaps a common
problem, or may be registry-related. I will check the KB to see what it
has.

Thanks for any info.....need the help screens for sure.
