MSN - Sign in - Try Again Mr. Kay

I posted before saying tha tI could not get into my msn at
all and got the standard response that Mr. Kay give to
everyone who has a sign in problem and unfortunately none
of that worked. I think it has something to do with spyware
that is on my computer because it was after I noticed the
xupiter junk I could not get into my hotmail from IE. I
don't know if it has also affected my msn messenger but it
doesn't work, neither does windows messenger of MSN
Explorer. Please help...

did you get rid of the spyware ?

spybot from http://security.kolla.de/

and adaware from www.lavasoft.com

will help you get rid of them.
