Messenger 6 - Cam Problem

I am trying to use my cam with Messenger 6 but I have not had success.

If I go to the "Audio/Video Wizard", Messenger detects my cam and I am
able to configure it.
But, if I try to connect to somebody using the cam, Messenger says
that the camera is not connected.
I have the same problem if I go to the "Webcam configuration" menu.

In addition, the cam works fine with Netmeeting.

Can anybody help me ?
