machine.config

Hi,

I'm curious, often I get a message saying "Error parsing
C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\URTTemp\config\machine.config Parser error returned
error 0x8007003"

Any idea why I get this and better yet, how to fix it?

Are you running IIS on this box? The only hit I find for 8007003 is a CDONTS
(used for sending mail from web pages) error for path not found, and
machine.config is a mechanism to configure .NET applications...
