Unable to Video connect, no other errors - Help!

I am constantly receiving the following error when I
attempt to do a voice or video connection:

"The network or computer you are trying to reach is
experiencing a problem. Please try again later."

Is this a problem on my end or on the Messenger service
end? I am able to transmit audio & video chat with
Yahoo! Messenger though.

Any suggestions? I am using Version 5.0, windows xp,
etc., etc., and all my system requirements are in order.
I can configure my microphone & video, I just cannot
connect with the person I am trying to connect to and
vice versa.

Sounds like you have some sort of Router or a NAT modem. How are you
connected to the internet?
