Help Please: Accidentally disabled a warning.

I accidentally disabled the warning that comes up when you inadvertently
select every icon on your desktop and try to open them all up at once. (The
one that warns you that your action may put a strain on system resources.)
Can anyone please tell me how to re-enable it?
