I've done a search and cannot find my answer. I was
hoping someone could help here.

I'm running Windows XP and everytime I open programs or
attachments in Outlook, the installer starts and looks
for a location for IE2K.msi file. If I hit cancel, the
file opens perfectly. How do I stop having programs
looking for the IE2K.msi file?

The only results I have found is this, but no solution.

Do you own a Dell?

If so, try uninstalling and reinstalling Dell's Image Expert software.
