Viruse

I wanted to no how to remove some viruse. I ran the AVG
6.0 virus detcetion and it told me I had to viruse
Iworm/Holar and I-worm/Hawawi in the files
C:\windows\system32\explore.exe and
C:\windows\system32\smtp.ocx

any assistance in removing these would be greatly
appreciated
