photos in xp pro.

Hello,
I had ME and i put xp pro as an os. i had back up my
files before formating the drive. Once os was loaded, i
put my files back. I had a folder wihch had subfolders of
photos and songs. I created shortcuts to all on desktop.
not i can't retrieve them and all folders show empty!!!!.

I have not deleted them nor have I loaded any other
program. I have tried system restore till the point of
irst transfer of backups but still nothing.
Please help.

They are probably stashed away in Documents and Settings Folder. Browse
around in there for them.
