loss of sound

I have lost all sound from my pc and have tried
everything to restore it. Anyone help?

Have you tried control panel---administrative tools--services---windows
audio?

Check the obvious, like speakers being plugged in etc.
Then the volume controls in Windows, is the PC set to mute?
