VDU message

Help please
I have resently been getting a mid sreen window with the
message ----
H.off
V.off (changes to ON before as the PC boots up -
I.E. the only way i can get rid of the message)
There is a RGB wording in the box.

We have switched OFF all the Power Save facilities as the
VDU was shuting down after displaying a POWER SAVE message
My OS - MS XP has been reinstalled triying to solve this
problem
