I have been using Works database in Windows'98 to print
mailing labels. I recently upgraded to a computer with
Windows-XP and can't seen to figure out how to print the
mailing labels from the same database. I would
appreciate any help. Thanks a million!

Windows XP is an operating system. MS Works is a collection of
applications. To open Works files, you'll need to have Works installed
on your computer.
Some of the MS Office programs include filters to read MS Works files
but again, these are separate applications that would need to be
installed before you could use them to open the Works files.
