Integrity of update.inf file?

I am having the same problem with citical update 331953.
I also made sure that Cryptographical service was running
and still received the sam error.

That worked. Previously I had tried to stop and restart
the Crypto' service through windows and not from the
command prompt. my mistake. Thank you for your help!
