When I try to download update #814033 "Offered driver lay
not install using Windows update" I receive a no updates
installed message and am told to try again. Is there
something I am missing? Any assistance will be greatly
appreciated as, apparently, without this particular update
I cannot download any other updates. Thanks in advance.
