Goes to welcome screen, hits logon, enter uid/password,
keeps coming up.
Asked if there was any icon in the uid/pwd fields, he said
theres a picture
of a face in the password prompt that he cant get rid of.
Checked browser,
IE 6.0, 128-bit, no sp. Using winxp. Cleared cache,
corrected settings,
rebooted. Went back to logon, icon is still there. He then
said he
downloaded zonealarm a week ago, but that icon has been
there just since
today. He disabled zonealrm, icon still there. Asked if he
uses any other
secure sites where he gets prompted for network password,
he was able to
access another secure site fine.
