installing XP

Hi guys.
Can anybody answer this...I have a MSI mb,
When I ran a check using Belaric Advisor, it tells me the
board is Dell (the PC maker).
If I do a full installation of XP, am I likely to have any
problems.
The compatibility checks says the PC is OK.
