McAfee Active Shield

Hello. I have been recieving an McAfee ActiveShield
error everytime I load up. It states

"Some Componenets of ActiveShield are either missing or
may not have been installed properly. Please reinstall
ActiveShield."

I tried unstalling it and install it with no luck. I run
WinXP and don't have a disk.

i have been having the same problem. plus i cannot even figure out how to install active shield. i do not have a disk either. how did you get yours fixed. i am going crazy. thank you, Kari
