Unable to logon to Windows XP computer.

One of my guys tried to connect a Win Xp Pro. Laptop and
after restarting the PC, we could not logon again even
with the administrator account & password. Any suggestions
to help solve the problem will be greatly appreciated.

Connect to what ?
Your AD ? Do you know what GPOs are applied=20
to it, and whether they have Restricted Groups defined ?
