Hi... hope some one can help. I am logged onto a computer
running Windows XP. I am the administrator to the machine
but when I try to reset the system it gives teh message"
You do not have the proper privilege to change the system
time". Logged on as administrator, i am also unable to
install program because of the same message...

Any help????

Open control panel>preformance &
maintenance>administrative tools>computer management.
Double click on "Local users and Groups" and select 'local
users'. Double click on the account with your name on it in
the right pane. Inthe resulting dialog box click on the
'Name' field and retype your name, then in the second field
(line) type the word "Administrator". Click on [apply] then
[ok]. Close the manager, then control panel. Restart.
Congratulations-you now have full administrator priviledges.
