Ctrl alt delete

Hey,
I can't recall how long ago it started doing this, but
whenever I press ctrl alt delete I do not get the usual
options and tabs to help me close programs. Whenever I use
it I only get a large green system performance/resources
graph without any tabs to allow me to close the program
that has a error. I was wondering if I could get any help
fixing this.
