Logon Password Required

[jon_dear]

A friend of mine has a new XP computer, and a logon dialog box in Outlook
Express appears requiring User Name and Password. The area where you check
"Remember Password" is grayed out. My XP computer does not show the logon
box. How does one correct this. He is the only user.
