Critical Update: 811493 causes severe system slowdown

Don't know if anyone else has seen this. We installed
the latest critical updates from the Windows Update site
today.

811493 causes the system to slow down, literrally to have
the speed it was on several of our systems.

Before the update, starting IE after a clean boot would
take 3 seconds. With this critical update installed it
took between 9 and 15 seconds, consistantly.

Uninstalled the security update and the system is back to
normal.

Is there a MS email site to report this kind of an issue?

Same problem here. I uninstalled it, and now back to normal.
