Sam,
Just saw your post before I was about to type the same
thing. On my machine, it killed connectivity to my
network, and typing ipconfig from the command line returns
nothing.
Going back to the previous restore point fixes it, but I
have a lot of networked systems that this will kill!
I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it, and was able to
reproduce the problem.
Hope we get a quick answer.
