If you made a password backup disk, you could use that
disk to log in and change your password. Otherwise...
If you boot into Safe Mode, your primary Administrator
account will be available. By default, that account has a
blank password. If you left it that way, then you can log
in, go to the User Accounts in the Control Panel, and
change the password of your primary user. Please note
that you will lose any saved passwords you have in that
account, and if you have Pro and use EFS, you will lose
the ability to decrypt your EFS-protected files. In most
cases, though, this will get you back where you left off.
