Deleting Files & Folders

For some reason I cannot delete files or folders. I get
the message "Error deleting file or folder, Cannot find
specified path, make sure you specify the correct path.
These items are not read only, hidden or system files.
What can I do to fix this

specified path. Make sure you specify the correct path and file name.
Workaround:

Right click the Recycle Bin/Properties/Check: Do Not Move Files to the
Recycle Bin...
