I'm being thick or something but I can't find out how to
make global changes to XP. I'm set up as an administrator
and the rest of my family are users only. So far, if I
want to change there settings I have to change them to
administrator, sign on as them, make the change then sign
off and change them back to user.
I must be able to do this from within my profile of
administrator - but how???
