Task Manager won't run

Whenever I hit control, alt, delete; a box pops up that
says Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator.
I'm the only one on my computer and the administrator and I
don't think I did this.

Help-How do I restore Task Manager ?

Run mmc
File
...gpdit.msc
User Configuration
Administrative Templates
System
Ctrl+Alt+Del Options
Remove Task Manager
Properties
Is it disabled?
